Having started off under Marshalls tutelage in 2007, Lawrence has now returned to the recruitment industry at Top Team Personnel. Lawrence has extensive knowledge within the driving and industrial logistics sector, having worked as an Onsite Consultant, Business Development Manager and Branch Manager. With Lawrence’s passion and integrity this has not only done him well with clients but also with candidates.
Lawrence joined the team in November 2019 and is looking to progress with his local knowledge and build on the strong reputation of quality and dedication that Top Team has already grown.

Martin is an experienced and professional recruiter with a proven history in new client and logistics management.
He has over 24 years in the industry and brings a wealth of experience to Top Team Personnel.
Martin is also enthusiastic about the transport and logistics industry and with a sound understanding of client service and fulfilment needs. He also has the ability to negotiate with clients and staff at all levels and to meet and deliver targets within deadlines and under pressure.
He is respected by peers and senior management and he is able to motivate and lead by example with a determination to succeed.
